Q: Can I return a product after removing the screen guard?

It is impossible to return a product after peeling off the screen guard or fixing the display on your phone. Please note that we supply brand-new screen replacements, and you can easily verify their working condition before installing them. All mobile phone technicians test each display in an open condition and then commence the final installation.

If you install/fix a display on your phone, it means accepting the product from your side, confirming that you’ve tested and verified the product’s condition. Per our return policy, you can’t return a used product under any circumstances.

Q: How can I test the new display without installation?

Surprisingly, some customers ask how they can test the display without actually installing it, and it is a prevalent misconception. You can easily test the new display simply by connecting it to your phone in an open condition.  Please follow these steps :

1. First, dismantle the phone and remove the cracked display from the front frame.
2. Clean the frame, place the new display inside the frame, and make necessary connections with the motherboard.
3. You don’t need to fix/paste the display yet; test it in open condition.
4. Turn on the phone to test the new display thoroughly to your satisfaction.
5. After testing the new display, you can install it on your phone.

If you face any problems while testing the new display, you can call us for a return, refund, or replacement. Returning a display after installation is impossible, so you should always test the display carefully.

Q: Why is the warranty not applicable after pasting the display?

Some customers want to purchase the display from a seller who offers a warranty even after installation to safeguard themselves from the issues that might happen during installation. Honestly, no one offers any warranty after installation because the customers install the product themselves and, in some cases, completely ruin the product and then want to return it. We are sorry, but you must take responsibility for your actions, and we want to clarify this.

The warranty doesn’t apply after installation to prevent misuse of the warranty. A working display can go bad for several reasons, such as using the wrong installation methods, overbending flex cables, and pressurizing the display during installation. Many issues can happen during installation, and if you are a first-timer and try to blame everything on the seller, that doesn’t make any sense. That’s why the warranty is limited to the product’s testing and doesn’t apply after installation.
